SmartDip 401M is a retractable electrode housing with pneumatically operated drive Unit. This metal body model can be implemented in harsh chemical applications through flange mounting on reactor’s side nozzle for in-situ measurement or on aT connection in pipe line for in-line measurement.The drive unit inserts the measurement sensor into the reaction mass and retractsback to the flushing chamber for cleaning and storage in stand by condition.

SmartDip 450M has a ball valve the most reliable and widely accepted isolating equipment for isolation in the service position. The user-friendly design makes it much easier to remove the sensor from the housing for calibration.

SmartFlow Assembly is a flow through sensor mounting assembly for direct mounting of process sensor such as pH/ORP Electrodes for inline measurement application. It is made out of non-corrosive high-quality thermo-plastic PPH material. This model is designed to ensures that the incoming flow is not hitting the sensor tip directlyto reduce erosion and minimize premature failure. The design also ensures minimum level so that the sensor tip is always kept wetted.
T-fittings are custom built flow through sensor mounting assembly for direct mounting of process sensor such as pH/ORP Electrodes, conductivity sensors etcetera for inline measurement application.For pH electrode mounting the sensor holder of T-Fitting can be designed for installation of static fittings.Various Retractable electrode housing can also be installed on the T-Fitting according to process requirement. Customer can choose between plain SS316 fitting or PTFE lined fitting. It can be customized for installation of Flange, Female NPT Nozzle, TricloverSocket or G1-1/4” Ingold Socket for the mounting of static fittingor retractable electrode housing.
